Description of Work: The Gap Consultancy was engaged in 2017 to run the Forum as a monetised event for the first time. As a an extension of ECA’s team, we provided the necessary additional resources to deliver a project of this size and complexity. The event was delivered well within budget and all tickets sold out. Tasks included:

  • supporting the program development committee

  • supported travel program

  • on-site event management, troubleshooting including program time keeping

  • co-ordinated speakers and VIPS, including AV support

  • worked with whole of ECA team to support the delivery of seamless event

We are delighted to have been engaged again and are currently working on Foresighting Forum 2019.
