Description of Work: The Gap Consultancy has been engaged by Hardi Aged Care to complement its existing internal marketing function since 2015. We have offered continuity of service during staff changes and provided a level of senior expertise not resident in house. Tasks include:
Content generation and management of production of biannual internal newsletter
Development of new vision, philosophy and values
Creation of new tagline
Coaching staff on how to identify newsworthy opportunities to promote the company’s purpose
Production of image library
Review of existing online assets, recommendations for improvement and project management of new website
